The students of The Operation Progress Foundation are passionate, determined individuals who have a mission and vision to fulfill. Each one is uniquely gifted with talents, insights and core values that represent the essence of who they truly are.

Our hope is that with the opportunity we provide, along with the mentoring, leadership training and the financial assistance, our students will be free to focus, not on their past and where they came from, but on who they are and who they are becoming. Our goal is to instill the mission of Operation Progress into the fabric of the student’s thought processes so that they are continually trying to identify, improve and invest in the potential made available to them and to recognize that potential in others and pay it forward.
